Return & Exchange Policy

At UDOU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not;

  • Return Eligibility:

    • We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery.

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return Process:

    • If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.

    • We will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Refunds:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

    • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., intimate apparel and others

    • Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence (photos, description).

    • We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.
